The Disability Advice Project can assist you with all forms concerned with disability benefits. Some forms can be quite daunting and complex. Such forms include Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance that make up the majority of our form filling work. On rare occasions some types of forms require further expert help, but we can advise on this matter.
